"Senior" or "Lead" Pastor?

Pjtibayan posted 2 interesting entries on the title of “senior” or “lead” pastor. He was reflecting on Mark Driscoll saying that Jesus is the Senior Pastor of churches and that senior pastors should be called “lead” pastors instead (1 Pet 5:4). He disagrees and suggests instead:

• Senior Undershepherd
• Lead Undershepherd
• Senior Assistant Pastor
• Lead Assistant Pastor

Have a good read.
