Ps Rick’s P.E.A.C.E. Plan started in 2003 when he & his wife Kay founded the program to combat global development challenges, beginning with pilot programs for 18 months before officially launching in Rwanda in 2005. The program addresses poverty, disease, illiteracy, corrupt leadership, & other issues by partnering with churches worldwide.
